All sales are final. This means that as soon as an order has been placed:
i. No modifications to order permitted- If an item is not in stock, please do not choose another color and then request a color change. You will be immediate refunded a processing fee will be charged.
ii. No cancellations permitted - A request for Cancellation or order placed inadvertently will incur a processing fee.
iii. No refunds/returns permitted - A processing fee will be charged.
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you believe there is an issue with your items/order, please contact us and include your phone number and order number within the communication.
If you have had an item over 30 days and the item is worn or unworn, it cannot be returned, exchanged or otherwise.
